Anyone
flying needs to book his/her flight in and out of Bradley International
Airport or
T.F. Green Airport. Returning flights should be scheduled for departure
after 5:30 PM on the second day (Friday).
Please do
not make transportation arrangements until you have received confirmation
of
your enrollment.
Attendees
are responsible for transportation to and from the airport, the hotel,
and United Abrasives, Inc. There are rental car agencies located at the
airports.

| Meals |
Meals are
included; we provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the first day of
class, and breakfast and lunch on the second day.
FREE beverages are also provided
during class time. Beverages available will include: coffee (no decaf available),
tea - decaf. regular and Green Tea, orange juice, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite,
bottled
water.
Continental
Breakfast for the attendees of the SAIT training classes will
be served each morning from 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 a.m. in the Blue Oak Café
at the Nathan Hale Inn. All those attending the SAIT Training classes
are invited to attend. It is not only a great way to start your day, but
it is also a perfect opportunity to make contacts and meet the others
attending the class.

Lunch
for the attendees of the SAIT training classes will be served

plant. All those attending the SAIT Training classes are invited

Dinner
Day 1 |
Dinner
for the attendees of the SAIT training classes will be served
on
the 1st day of classes (only) at 6:00 p.m. at The Willimantic Brewing
Company. All those attending the SAIT Training classes are invited
(and urged) to attend this dinner as it is a perfect opportunity
to make contacts and meet the others attending the SAIT Training
classes.
Please fill out the menu with your enrollment packet and fax it
in with your enrollment.
This is a
business dinner, so beer and wine are acceptable, but please continue
to behave in a professional manner.

Please
fill out the menus in the enrollment packet to enroll for the class.
All of your accomodations, meals, etc will be taken care of BEFORE
your enrollment is confirmed, so the menus must accompany the enrollment
form.
If
you have special dietary needs, we will still make arrangements
for your meals. Write your special dietary needs on your menus as
well as any allergies, etc so that you can be well taken care of
while you are visiting us.
Please
arrive at United Abrasives at 8:15 AM each day for class starting
at about 8:30 AM.
